Yuca is well known for being high in vitamins and nutrients. Enjoy these baked bites as either a healthy appetizer, side dish or snack.
SKILLET: Saute thawed product in skillet with oil over high heat. Lightly brown on each side, turning occasionally.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place thawed product on lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 2-4 minutes.
Serve with applesauce or sour cream.
